Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Conetic (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Conetic is an AI-assisted CRM that helps creators track brand partnerships, find contacts, and draft and send outreach from their email inbox. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the Service evolves.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login secure. Sign-in is provided through Google.

Connecting Gmail and acceptable use

If you connect Gmail, you authorize Conetic to read email threads and to send email on your behalf when you choose to send. You are solely responsible for the messages you send through the Service, including their content and compliance with applicable law. You agree to:

• Comply with anti-spam laws (such as the CAN-SPAM Act and equivalent regulations) and with Google's and Gmail's terms and policies.
• Only contact people in a manner permitted by law and by the relevant platform.
• Not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email, harassing content, malware, or anything unlawful.
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data and content you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content in order to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the content you provide.

AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to generate suggested drafts. AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before sending it, and you decide what is sent. We make no guarantee about the accuracy, quality, or outcomes of AI-generated drafts.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (including Google, Supabase, Anthropic, Hunter, Vercel, and Inngest). Your use of those services through Conetic may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

Fees

The Service is currently provided free of charge while in early access. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will make the pricing and terms available before you are charged, and continued use of paid features will be subject to those terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conetic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal exposure. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
